How to Set Up an Account

It is best to call ahead with your new account information so you are in the system when you arrive. Please provide your current address, your regular phone number and your cell phone number. We also need to know if you have any liens on your crop. Be sure to call with any changes and updates to your account, especially new phone, email, and cell phone numbers, addresses, partnerships, split accounts, or others changes.

You need a scanner card to unload grain

• To set up a card, provide your truck license number and truck description, the trucker’s name and address, number of axles, and a cell phone number. The card will be given to you when you first unload. Keep it on your visor and use it each time you arrive. It will be for all of the customers you haul for. (1 card per truck)
